One more craft show, that is! I know I know, I said the last one would be my last one for the year but this one came up and I couldn’t resist the urge to join in, especially because it is at Gather Here! So mark your calendar for Sunday, December 8th and stop by to say hello if you’re in the neighborhood. I’ll be there along with Zooguu, Made in Lowell, Kim O’Brien, and the Orange Owl from 12 to 7 pm.
Of course with it taking place at a yarn and fabric store, I’ll have some new crafty themed card designs available along with the Christmas-y and holiday-y ones. Hope to see you there!
I’m excited to be participating in this year’s Holiday Craft Market up in Beverly, Massachusetts this Saturday! I haven’t been able to participate in the past couple of years because we’re usually traveling on the weekend that they do this craft show, but I lucked out this year. I hope you’ll be able to come on up to the north shore to pop in and check out what some of the local artists have to offer. There’s a fabulous array of crafters this year, definitely offering ways to cross off gifts to buy from your holiday lists!
I’ve been working on some new holiday designs lately and this is one of them, along with a birthday card that will be debuting at the show this Saturday.
I’ll have these cards plus many other holiday and specific occasion cards, felt pins, felt hair clips and some hand embroidered hoops for decorations at my booth. Hope to see you there!
I inadvertently took a break from blogging in August and September … but hello, October!
My first post for this month will be like a warning that if you follow me on Facebook or Twitter, you’ll probably be overwhelmed by new greeting card designs over the next couple of weeks. I’m prepping inventory for two upcoming shows (details on the right of my home page – click for more info): the Arlington Open Studios in October and a Holiday Craft Market in November. Here are some of my latest creations to show what I’ve been up to at the wee hours of the night (errr, morning … whatever):
I’m learning that with a toddler, that means super late nights and less productivity than I’m used to. I’m also learning that her little friends have 2nd birthdays coming up everywhere, so I’ve been trying to come up with more “kid friendly” designs. I made this one for her little buddy, James.
