This design is the first time I’ve played with layering scalloped paper.  I like the effect and it’s a great way to add depth without making the card too heavy.  The “thank you” was die cut out of white cardstock and I like how it stands out from the background paper.

Some customers have brought up concern about the darker card bases that I use.  Rest assured that there is a piece of lighter paper inside these cards so that you can write your message without having to invest in a white pen (although, those *are* quite cool and one of my favorite writing utensils these days).
