The Maine lobster roll sandwich at Breakers Restaurant and Bar in the Ashworth Hotel in Hampton, New Hampshire.  It’s so difficult to find a lobster roll in New England that doesn’t contain celery (something I’m really allergic to).  Just good old chunks of lobster and a tiny bit of mayo to hold it all together.  Add a few squirts of fresh lemon juice and sprinkle on some black pepper and it’s good to go.
