Yum: the Snake River Farms Kobe beef sliders served with caramelized onions on brioche rolls with a smoked tomato aioli (shown here on the side left of the burgers) and fries. Available at Temple Bar in Cambridge. (Of course, if you go to their website and pull up the bar menu, their photo is much much better than mine.) The burgers were deliciously juicy and perfectly seasoned, and just the right portion. Shown photographed with some fresh lemon juice but it also paired very nicely with a glass of cabernet sauvignon from Genesis (by the Hogue Cellars) according to my husband. Not photographed was probably the best complimentary basket of bread that we’ve ever had at a restaurant.
